The class follows the bhakti tradition — combining communal music (kirtan), meditation and sometimes even a little dance — with a flowing Level I/II vinyasa practice.
Yoga + Music is accessible to most yoga practitioners, and no musical experience or singing ability is required...because humming or just rocking along on your mat works too!
