Body and Soul Yoga is an all levels flow style class woven with kirtan, mantra and asana practice at a moderate pace. With an emphasis on self-care and a measure of challenge, students are guided towards a state of embodied presence, ease and deep contentment.  Lydia and Jonah alternate weekly as instructor of the Friday morning class and sometimes co-lead, providing instrumental accompaniments and gentle hands-on adjustments.
